They had a ton of pelting the night before and that forenoon so it was moisture. Had not been hither in over 25 years and it was great and wish I had more than time. It was amazing how many people where there because brooking is only around 22,000 population. Funnel was slap-up. Always a good place to become to view fine arts and items made past the artists themselves The Festival is technically only in Pioneer Park...everything outside of the park is NOT part of the Festival and therefore is not held to the same standards as the judged booths in the park. People need to understand this....if it's non IN the park the Festival committee has no control over information technology. The art....the food...the amusement!! Like I said...I become every year!!
